Bids and income
- Contributed to 5 research bids which resulted in £2,979,126.57 funding being awarded to the research project teams and £196,473.68 for Co-Production Collective
- Secured £56,875.00 of consultancy work from 5 organisations.

- 35.8% from £150,000.00 utilised for the Measuring Success project

Awards and achievements
- The Ear Checks Programme with NHS England won two awards at the National Association for Special Educational Needs (nasen) Awards in October
- In December, the programme was also proud to be shortlisted at the HSJ (Health Service Journal Awards in the category of ‘Reducing Inequalities and Improving Outcomes for Children and Young People’.

Measuring success programme
Our Measuring Success Programme aims to gain a better understanding of the conditions required for good co-production and evaluation. This is a summary of the programmes' activity this year.
- 4 Deepening Practice sessions which focused on co-producing evaluations
- 2 Co-Pro Cuppa-style events for members of the teams to meet with each other more informally
- 2 Sharing and learning sessions which supported co-production activities
- Over 20 catch ups with individual teams to provide tailored support for their projects
