We're recruiting for a Co-Production Manager to join our team. You will project manage the development and delivery of project work for Co-Production Collective, manage relationships with everyone involved in the work and support co-production sessions and events.
About the role
Our work is varied in terms of who we work with and the services we provide. Our projects include training and development, supporting communities of practice in co-production, co-production strategy development, and more. At the heart of all of this work is ensuring that our co-production community is involved and that we are genuinely working in equal partnership to create better outcomes for all. This role will be a great chance to learn and develop within the team, and will suit someone who is proactive, flexible, and passionate about our mission to create lasting change through co-production, alongside having strong communication and marketing skills, relationship development and project management skills.

We're looking for someone with excellent team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on own initiative. You'll also have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop sustainable relationships with a diverse range of partners and organisations.

Salary: £43,981 - £52,586
Closing date: 16 June 2026
This is a fixed-term role until 31 July 2027 in the first instance.
