Job opportunity - Co-production Partnerships Manager

May 25, 2022

Co-Production Collective is growing and we're looking for someone to develop our associate programme - is this you?

Are you interested in co-production in research, policy and service development? Do you have experience of managing projects, working with freelancers and developing relationships with people from a variety of different backgrounds? If so, we would like to work with you!

Co-Production Collective is growing! We are working increasingly in partnership with other organisations and are therefore looking for someone to develop the Co-Production Collective associate programme (a working title whilst we co-create this as a community) and manage our projects with partners. We also need you to lead the ongoing improvement of our internal processes for this type of work. You will be key to helping Co-Production Collective respond to increasing demand at a critical time in our development.

Ideally we’d like this role to be delivered on a full-time basis, but we’re open to discussing part time options. The appointment is until the end of December 2022 in the first instance.

Key Requirements

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is committed to upholding Co-Production Collective’s core values. These underpin our approach to co-production and guide everything we do. More specifically, we’re looking for someone who is a great organiser, communicator, and collaborator, and has a strong understanding of accessibility. Being able to manage multiple projects at once will be central to this role.

We encourage applications from those who are underrepresented in the university sector and at UCL, including, but not exclusive to:

  • non-graduates
  • disabled, D/deaf and neurodiverse people
  • LGBTQ+ people
  • people from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic communities

We welcome applicants from a range of educational backgrounds and therefore do not require a minimum formal qualification for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, in an exciting and stimulating environment, and to learn as you go along. We really need your help to keep this work on track and make sure we develop an associate programme which supports us to deliver partnership projects now and in the future.
