Launching our 2025 Impact Report and new supporting pages on our website

As our community continues to grow, the importance of showcasing our activities and the impact we're making becomes ever more important. That’s why we are excited to share the launch of our 2025 Impact Report and two new pages on our website, which make it much easier find and read all our Impact Reports and case studies.

New ‘Our impact’ webpage and ‘Case studies’ page

Our impact reports provide a comprehensive guide for both newcomers and long-time community members, offering insights into our past and ongoing projects and the impact they've had. Thanks to the new ‘Our Impact’ page on our website you will now be able to find them all in one place.

From the new ‘Our impact’ page you can access a dedicated page for each of our Impact Reports with highlights from that year’s report along with links to the accessible versions.

We have also created a new page on our website for our case studies so that you can now view them all together.

We hope these changes will make it easier for you to find out more about our work and welcome your feedback.

Our 2025 Impact Report

Our 2025 Impact Report  celebrates the five years since we launched as Co-Production Collective and marks the mid-point in our co-produced strategy ‘Our Direction 2023-2028'. It highlights our achievements in line with the ambitions set out in 'Our Direction 2023-2028', made possible by the dedication of you, our community.

You will be able to find out more about:

• How many organisations and people we have worked with
• The reach of our communications
• How many people took part in our events
• Details of our research and consultancy projects as well as training and talks we have provided.
• What we have done to champion co-production, co-produce ourselves and support you, our community.

Updates to the format

Thanks to feedback from the 2024 Community Survey we have:

• Included more details about where our projects and members of our community are based
• Written about our activities in the context of the ambitions stated within Our Direction 2023-2028
• Been more explicit about our impact within UCL
• Included more details about involvement from our community members.

You’ll also see a page dedicated to highlighting what we achieved together as a community in 2025 as well as section of the report showcasing how our work on anti-racism has shaped how we think and go about working in a co-produced way.
