Our Co Production payment policy has been updated

We’re pleased to share the latest version of our Payment Policy, version 3.0. We have been piloting a new version of the policy since September 2024 and, after listening to your feedback, have decided to adopt this. This version sees the new payment rates from the pilot version become standard, as well as making some further changes to options of how to get paid.

Thank you to everyone who shared their views. Your input helped shape this new policy.

What’s new?

Since our last update, shared in our previous blog post we’ve made a few changes listed below:

• ‍Adopting the pilot rates as standard. The payment amounts and structure included in the second version of the policy, which we were piloting, have now been adopted.‍
• Removal of the online expenses system as a payment option. As we’re no longer able to use the online system that we did previously, the policy has been updated to show that payment will mostly be made via expense forms shared via email. ‍
• Clearer wording. Based on feedback from payees and our wider community, we've updated the wording to make the policy easier to understand and follow.

We hope these changes make it easier to understand and what to expect in terms of payment.
